Building Management System Coordinator
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end coordination of deployment activities for Willow's Digital Twin platform in live built environments. You will translate complex technical requirements into clear operational plans that multiple teams can follow without constant clarification. This position requires you to manage concurrent project timelines, track dependencies, and keep documentation accurate and current for future reuse. You will act as the central point of contact for cross functional teams, aligning their efforts so that deployments proceed on schedule. You will break down high level objectives into specific tasks, monitor progress, and escalate risks before they impact delivery. You will communicate project status to both technical and non technical stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are realistic and aligned with Willow's standards. You will maintain the integrity of project data, ensuring that every decision and change is recorded for traceability and continuous improvement. You will support the expansion of strategic customer accounts by enabling reliable and repeatable deployment processes over time.
