What you'll do

• Oversee the performance management of assets, ensuring they operate at optimal levels and meet company standards for efficiency and safety.
• Lead a team responsible for remote operations, utilizing advanced monitoring systems to track asset performance in real-time.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset reliability and reduce downtime, leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, operations, or a related field, preferably within the amusement or waterpark industry.
• Proven track record of managing remote operations and utilizing data analytics to drive performance improvements.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with asset management software and remote monitoring technologies.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards within the industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
