What you'll do
- Oversee the performance management of assets, ensuring they operate at optimal levels and meet company standards for efficiency and safety.
- Lead a team responsible for remote operations, utilizing advanced monitoring systems to track asset performance in real-time.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset reliability and reduce downtime, leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for potential growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the best practices in asset management are followed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, operations, or a related field, preferably within the amusement or waterpark industry.
- Proven track record of managing remote operations and utilizing data analytics to drive performance improvements.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with asset management software and remote monitoring technologies.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards within the industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
