What you'll do
- Lead the development and implementation of market access strategies for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs), Oncology, and Rare Diseases.
- Own the creation of standardized intake workflows to clarify specific payer inquiries and map corresponding evidence requirements across therapeutic areas.
- Construct and maintain analytical frameworks to assess pricing dynamics and the expectations of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies in diverse international markets.
- Coordinate cross-functional review sessions to challenge assumptions and refine arguments, ensuring they are robust and evidence-based.
- Synthesize complex clinical and economic data into clear, concise value dossiers tailored to specific reimbursement pathways.
- Align value propositions with the timelines and requirements of key decision-makers to support successful market entry.
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure market access strategies are fully integrated with and support broader commercial objectives.
- Develop and implement methods for actively tracking policy changes that could impact product pricing and coverage.
- Analyze real-world outcomes data to ensure that client narratives remain consistent with evolving evidence requirements and payer expectations.
- Guide early engagement with payers and advisory groups to pre-test messages and refine approaches before formal submissions.
- Drive proactive monitoring of the policy landscape to anticipate impacts on product pricing and coverage, particularly within the ATMPS sector.
- Translate high-level clinical data into actionable insights that de-risk investment and support pricing and reimbursement decisions.
- Act as a strategic thought leader, challenging the team to elevate the quality and rigor of evidence generation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance for the client.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance cross-departmental alignment.
- Support the identification of evidence gaps and contribute to the strategic planning of clinical development programs.
- Communicate complex reimbursement landscapes to internal teams to ensure a shared understanding of market dynamics.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape and its implications for market access strategies.
- Contribute to the development of tools and methodologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the market access function.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to elevate the overall capability of the market access team.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must bring a minimum of three years of professional experience in market access or Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) consulting. You must possess a demonstrable understanding of pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement processes in at least one major global market. You need to have a proven track record of managing complex therapeutic areas, specifically ATMPS, Oncology, and Rare Diseases. A strong familiarity with health technology appraisal processes and the standards of evidence required in healthcare decision-making is non-negotiable. You must be able to synthesize large volumes of data and translate them into compelling, evidence-based narratives. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to navigate complex and ambiguous information.
