What you'll do

Perform detailed annotation of text, images, and audio data to build high-quality datasets that train advanced AI models. Evaluate search results, chatbot responses, and advertising content for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with project-specific guidelines. Design, test, and refine prompt templates that improve the reasoning, safety, and output consistency of large language models. Conduct cultural and linguistic reviews to ensure content remains appropriate, fluent, and aligned with Ukrainian and regional contexts. Participate in ongoing training sessions that introduce new methodologies, tools, and quality assurance standards. Monitor project metrics and provide feedback that helps optimize data collection strategies and improve overall AI performance. Collaborate with project managers and other contributors to resolve ambiguities and maintain consistency across large-scale assignments. Requirements

Demonstrate native or near-native fluency in Ukrainian to ensure accurate linguistic and cultural interpretation. Reside in one of the following locations: Poland, Spain, or the Czech Republic, ensuring compliance with regional operational requirements. Possess strong English language skills to understand instructions, communicate effectively, and work with international datasets. Feel comfortable using digital tools and platforms, including web interfaces, communication software, and project management systems. Exhibit a detail-oriented mindset and curiosity about technology, enabling you to detect subtle inconsistencies and improve data quality. Maintain reliable internet connectivity and a suitable working environment that supports consistent productivity. Commit to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work even when handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
