What you'll do

- Maintain and update linguistic guides and documentation to ensure they remain current, accessible, and useful for the team.
- Analyze arbitration results and outcomes to identify patterns, explain errors, and develop solutions that improve overall quality.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for language-related questions, terminology disputes, and feature clarifications for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials, ensuring that tone, style, and cultural alignment meet strict enterprise standards.
- Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and language leads through consistent, clear, and constructive dialogue.
- Organize and manage linguistic assets, ensuring that guidelines, notes, and updates are systematically organized and easily retrievable.
- Support the onboarding process by guiding new hires through platform workflows, quality standards, and role-specific responsibilities.

Requirements
You must be eligible to work in the United States under a valid visa and sign as a W-2 employee for this position. You will work onsite in Austin, Texas, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break, totaling 35 hours per week. You possess native-level Polish fluency and professional English skills to communicate clearly across diverse audiences. You have a proven track record of mentoring peers, sharing insights, and helping teammates grow while maintaining uncompromising quality standards. You demonstrate strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting arbitration outcomes and turning data into actionable improvements. You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, linguistic assets, and documentation with precision.
