What you'll do

• Oversee and manage daily operations within the Wealth Management division, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to support client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing, ensuring a high level of service.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to wealth management operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Liaise with various internal departments, including compliance, risk management, and IT, to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials for team members.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client experience.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to generate reports for senior management, highlighting performance trends and areas for strategic focus.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving service delivery and operational effectiveness within the wealth management sector.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in wealth management operations to ensure the bank remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in wealth management operations or a similar role within the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service and collaboration.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all operational processes.
