Webflow seeks a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical advisor for our agency and services partners. This role focuses on enhancing partners' ability to build, deliver, and scale sophisticated Webflow solutions for clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet complex demands.

- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to evaluate partner technical capabilities and align their growth objectives with Webflow's platform features.
- Develop structured technical training programs to guide partners through onboarding, certification, and advanced stages.
- Create and deliver technical demonstrations using adaptable frameworks for specific partner needs.
- Guide partners through proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they maintain ownership of implementation.
- Contribute technical knowledge to partner enablement initiatives through curriculum creation and training sessions.
- Assess the viability and scalability of partner-led enterprise projects, suggesting appropriate architectural designs.
- Provide technical insights to support sales and customer solutions engineering teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities for partner technical development, creating shared resources like workshops and playbooks.
- Support the NAMER West Coast and emerging APAC regions, requiring approximately 25% travel.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing technical capacity.
- Practical experience with web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with partners, agencies, or in channel-focused business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to educate and support technical audiences through training or scaled programs.
- Proficiency in communicating technical concepts clearly through written materials, presentations, and discussions.
- A methodical and system-thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a dynamic setting.

- Hands-on experience with Webflow or a strong understanding of its ecosystem.
- Previous experience working directly with agency partners or at an agency.
