Software engineers turn product ideas into working code. Engineers work in small teams, review each other's work, and ship in small batches. Requirements
Hold a BS or BA degree or demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.

Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Tailwind.css, Next.js, and Remix.
Use containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to design and operate reliable systems.
Manage monorepos effectively, applying architectural patterns that sustain performance and developer productivity at scale.
Navigate trade-offs between Developer Experience and platform-native technologies to maintain a modern, maintainable stack.
Build self-service capabilities and paved paths that reduce friction for teams bundling, building, and deploying code.
Work with senior leaders to align engineering efforts across teams, balancing delivery speed with security and stability.
Cultivate an inclusive team culture and mentor engineers to sustain high performance and continuous growth.
