- Partner closely with hiring managers to translate vague role descriptions into precise profiles that attract candidates with the exact skills and cultural fit required.
- Monitor and report on key sourcing metrics such as quality of hire, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates to drive continuous process improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing talent pipelines and recommend adjustments based on changing market conditions and business priorities.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in analytical roles such as executive search, talent intelligence, equity research, consulting, or technical sourcing, demonstrating a track record of data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited institution, providing a foundational understanding of research methods and analytical thinking.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and understand the downstream effects of hiring decisions on team dynamics, product delivery, and long-term organizational health.
- Skill in synthesizing disorganized information into clear, actionable reports that enable leaders to make swift and informed choices.
- Proficiency in evaluating technical backgrounds by reviewing GitHub activity, promotion history, and technical writing to assess depth of knowledge and consistency.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on specific, evidence-based arguments that leave little room for ambiguity or misinterpretation.
