What you'll do
- Drive the discovery and validation of new product opportunities by synthesizing user feedback and market signals to define clear problem statements.
- Architect the product roadmap for your Topic Team, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic bets against business objectives.
- Partner with engineering squads to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment.
- Collaborate with data science teams to establish key metrics and analytics frameworks that measure product success and user engagement.
- Conduct deep dives into user behavior using qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights that inform feature iteration.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end product lifecycle, coordinating timelines and dependencies with design, operations, and marketing stakeholders.
- Champion quality assurance processes to ensure releases meet high standards of performance, usability, and accessibility across all devices.
- Engage with the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities, positioning Wallapop to maintain its market leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align cross-functional teams on goals, ensuring shared understanding and commitment.
- Communicate product performance narratives to executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Mentor junior product managers and designers, elevating the collective capability of the product organization through feedback and coaching.
- Leverage experimentation methodologies to test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and drive evidence-based product decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key partners in operations and customer support to gather frontline insights and improve processes.
- Maintain a living knowledge base of product learnings, best practices, and decision rationales to ensure organizational learning.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring user empathy remains a core driver of product choices.
