You will act as the central communication hub, translating business objectives into actionable plans for designers, artists, and engineers. What you'll do
Define and refine the product strategy and long-term roadmap for the midcore game portfolio in collaboration with studio leadership.
Own prioritization and sequencing of features across core gameplay, meta progression, monetization mechanics, and LiveOps initiatives.
Create detailed product specifications and design documents for new features, systems improvements, and experimental mechanics.
Establish and manage a rigorous A/B testing framework to validate hypotheses and drive data-informed product decisions.
Collaborate with game designers to balance progression curves, economy systems, competitive dynamics, and player motivation frameworks.
Partner with the Creative Director to ensure product decisions reinforce the artistic vision and overarching gameplay narrative.
Work closely with analytics teams to interpret performance metrics, identify player segment behaviors, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Act as a general manager for the product, taking full ownership of business results, roadmap execution, and cross-functional team alignment.
Balance high-level strategic planning with deep involvement in implementation details and release validation.
Champion a culture of experimentation, where insights from live data continuously inform product iterations and innovation.
Ensure clear communication of product goals, timelines, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to position the portfolio for sustained competitive advantage.
Lead scoping sessions to define feasible product scopes that maximize impact within technical and temporal constraints.
Mentor junior product and design contributors on best practices for mobile game product management.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in product management or lead game design roles within the mobile gaming sector.
Demonstrate a proven track record of scaling live mobile games, launching major features, or improving critical business KPIs.
Possess hands-on experience with action, PvP, competitive, or skill-based game genres, understanding the nuances of these mechanics.
Showcase substantial, hands-on game design experience, particularly in areas of progression systems, economy design, balancing, and player motivation.
Have a history of managing live mobile games, with a specific focus on midcore or hybrid-casual to midcore portfolio transitions.
Exhibit a deep, intrinsic understanding of free-to-play game loops to effectively guide roadmap and prioritization choices.
Take ownership of product strategy, roadmap sequencing, and feature delivery for successful mobile games without constant supervision.
Utilize data fluency to drive every decision, from defining test parameters to interpreting complex results and generating actionable insights.
Communicate effectively in written and verbal English to align with design, business, and executive stakeholders across regions.
Show strong ownership traits, high energy levels, a collaborative mindset, and the capacity to handle broad responsibilities beyond a narrowly defined product role.

Experience with hypercasual-to-midcore conversion projects and portfolio management within a live studio environment.
Knowledge of tools and methodologies used for live operations and player behavior analysis in mobile games.
Familiarity with the specific titles and mechanics present in the current midcore and hybrid-casual catalog.
