About the role
The will own the end to end growth strategy for our portfolio of leading mobile games, translating market insights into scalable user acquisition and retention initiatives. During the first 6 to 9 months, you will ramp up by building deep expertise in user acquisition, while acting as a performance marketing specialist and ad creative strategist who shapes channel specific approaches. You will build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games across international markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will execute all our acquisition channels, deploying paid UA campaigns alongside non-paid vectors such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, App Store Optimization, and community building as outlined in the scope. You will monitor market trends and competitors on an ongoing basis to identify emerging high performing growth channels and new opportunities for experimentation. Collaborating with cross functional teams including product, design, and engineering, you will ensure flawless execution of campaigns and maximize the impact of available resources through tight coordination. The role requires conducting rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance in real time, guiding data driven decisions, prioritizing high impact initiatives, and uncovering new growth opportunities through testing. You will bring a strong strategic mindset, demonstrating strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to model growth scenarios and forecast outcomes. - Maintain up to date knowledge of mobile gaming trends, platform updates, and privacy related changes affecting targeting.
- Support the evaluation and optimization of creative assets to improve messaging, creatives, and funnel performance.
- Contribute to roadmap discussions, providing data driven input to guide feature and channel investment decisions.
- Champion a culture of learning, documenting hypotheses, results, and best practices to enable scalable growth.
Requirements
- You hold a Master's degree from a top engineering or business school, specifically a Programme Grande Ecole.
- You bring several years of experience in fast paced, analytical environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, or high growth tech environments.
- You demonstrate genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and or performance marketing as a core driver of the business.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to tackle ambiguous problems.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You are fluent in both English and French, enabling seamless collaboration across teams.
- You have a strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to interpret data, model scenarios, and make sound decisions.
- You are able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high growth environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile app ecosystems, CPI campaigns, and performance marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with app store optimization tools and community management practices.
- Exposure to creative testing frameworks and ad tech stacks.
- Basic understanding of go as a language can be helpful to interpret technical constraints.
