About the role
You will work closely with small teams of Unity Game Developers and Artists. On this role, you own the implementation of game logic and systems in C# using Unity. You will adapt and work within an existing code base to enhance functionality, stability, and performance of the final product. The position requires you to provide guidance and share expertise with peers to elevate the quality of the work. You will ensure timely delivery of high-quality results that meet production standards. This role involves daily collaboration with small, focused teams to iterate and polish gameplay features. You will consistently implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity as the core toolset. The position demands adaptation and refinement within an existing code base to drive improvements in functionality, stability, and performance.

Requirements
- Advanced Unity knowledge (3y+) including scripting in C#, UI systems, animation, and particle systems.
- Critical thinker and problem solver with ability to identify problems in workflows and processes and drive resolution.
- Previous experience and exposure to game production process is mandatory for this role.
- Skilled at identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations focused on memory management, frame rate stability, and reducing load times.
- Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong teamwork mindset to work harmoniously in a small, agile environment.
- Good sense of gameplay experience and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently for clear communication with international colleagues.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced mobile game development environment.
- Willingness to follow best practices in version control and software engineering standards.
- Readiness to mentor junior developers by sharing practical insights and techniques.
- Commitment to maintaining a sustainable work pace while meeting aggressive production goals.
- Understanding of mobile platform constraints and optimization techniques.
