About the role
The owns the end to end creative narrative for assigned games and apps, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects a sharp and coherent strategic vision. You translate complex market signals into simple, compelling stories that inspire bold creative choices and align teams around a single, unified direction. In this role, you own the definition and leadership of the creative vision and strategy per game or app in close collaboration with Creative Leads across all relevant titles. You are the architect of insight driven briefs that structure the entire production lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery. You own the weekly definition of guidelines, priorities, and execution standards that keep production focused and efficient. You own the continuous update of extensive benchmarks by deeply leveraging internal tools and third party platforms such as MarketIQ, Apptica, and Data.ai. You own the analysis and deconstruction of top performing competitor creatives to surface actionable storytelling patterns and strategic opportunities. You own the identification of skill gaps within the creative team and actively participate in sourcing and recruitment to strengthen our collective capabilities. Ultimately, you own the audit and improvement of existing creative workflows, proposing strategic enhancements that maximize both output and creative impact.

What you'll do
- Define and lead the creative vision and strategy per game/app in collaboration with Creative Leads, ensuring coherence across markets and platforms.
- Generate structured, insight driven creative briefs based on benchmark analysis, market intelligence, and strategic ideation frameworks that guide the entire production journey.
- Define guidelines, priorities, and execution standards of the production on a weekly basis to maintain clarity, focus, and efficiency.
- Conduct and continuously update extensive benchmarks by leveraging internal tools and third party platforms such as MarketIQ, Apptica, and Data.ai to track performance trends.
- Analyze and deconstruct top performing competitor creatives, extracting actionable insights and storytelling patterns that directly inform our ideation process.
- Benchmark across both mobile games, for example Match-3, Hypercasual, and Hybridcasual, and apps such as Blitz, Wizz, WeMoms, and future products to understand competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with Creative Leads, Producers, and the Data Team to ensure effective adoption of benchmarks, streamline reporting, and scale creative learnings across teams.
- Audit and improve existing creative workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing strategic enhancements that maximize output and creative impact.
- Identify skill gaps in the creative team, for instance in motion design or 3D animation, and actively participate in sourcing and recruitment of new creative talent.
- Translate high level strategic frameworks into practical creative tools that teams can use to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Synthesize qualitative insights and quantitative data to build clear narratives that justify creative decisions and prioritize opportunities.
- Partner with producers to align timelines, resources, and creative ambitions, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
- Support the definition of creative pillars and positioning for new products during the early concept phase, influencing product direction where relevant.
- Drive a culture of experimentation by proposing tests, documenting results, and scaling what works based on evidence rather than assumptions.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, providing concise recommendations that balance creativity, performance, and business objectives.
- Maintain a living repository of creative patterns, references, and benchmarks that the team can draw upon for future projects.
- Champion data informed creativity, ensuring that insights are translated into tangible creative actions rather than remaining abstract observations.
- Continuously question the status quo and challenge existing assumptions in a constructive way to push the creative quality of outputs further.
Requirements
- You have proven experience in a similar role, strategy consulting, or product and creative marketing, with a track record of owning strategic creative direction.
- You have the ability to envision, articulate, and document compelling creative strategies that are both ambitious and executable.
- You have strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and insight generation to align creative direction with user acquisition goals.
- You are confident in using analytics and benchmarking tools to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize performance based on evidence.
- You have strong creative ideation skills to turn insights into powerful hypotheses and ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear briefs, persuasive recommendations, and actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.

Practical notes
The position is Hybrid for candidates based in France, with the expectation of working from the office in Paris on a regular basis. Full remote is possible for candidates based abroad, with relocation to Paris subject to discussion and approval. The engagement is full time, and the compensation package is a competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in. Note that this role reports to the Creative Leads and works closely with cross functional partners including Producers and the Data Team.
