What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, tracking candidate progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with universities, industry organizations, and professional networks to promote our employer brand and attract emerging talent.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our hiring strategies.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices for candidate engagement.
• Contribute to the development of a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.

Nice to have

• Experience in a remote work environment or familiarity with virtual recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
