What you'll do
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all employees are informed and trained on these policies.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and assist in the development of performance improvement plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance metrics, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge, contributing to their professional growth and development.
- Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms, using the data to propose actionable improvements to HR practices.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring that employees are well-informed about their options and that the programs are managed effectively.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, integrating innovative solutions into our HR strategies to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment efficiency, to provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or personnel management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt, with the ability to navigate complex compliance issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a solid understanding of data management and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
Nice to have
- Certification from a recognized HR body, such as SHRM or CIPD.
- Experience in a remote work environment or with virtual teams.

- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Arabic and English, to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
