You will own the execution of standard operating procedures to ensure the facility runs like a well-oiled machine. This includes driving initiatives that enhance team performance and uphold the VEG standards of care. You will be responsible for analyzing operational data to identify trends and implement sustainable improvements. The role requires you to partner closely with clinical leadership to bridge non-clinical and clinical workflows. You will foster a unified culture so that VEGgies can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. You will act as a key liaison between hospital management and corporate operations to ensure alignment.

Requirements
A High School diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of leadership experience are required, with 5+ years in a hospital environment preferred.
Demonstrated experience with scheduling staff, recruiting, training, budgeting, facilitating developmental meetings, performance management, and building high-performing teams is necessary.
Advanced knowledge of computer programs and practice management software is required for operational efficiency.
Clear communication skills and high emotional intelligence are required to navigate diverse personalities and situations.
Willingness to work in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors is mandatory.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or as needed basis based on hospital needs is required.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with people from all backgrounds and different personality types is necessary.
