The Yield Operations Manager connects campaign data, app-level delivery, and revenue to ensure profitable operations across the Verve platform. In this capacity, you own the end-to-end performance of yield management by designing and refining operational workflows that drive efficiency. You partner closely with commercial stakeholders to align supply strategy with market demand and revenue goals. You will act as the central point for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues that impact yield outcomes. What you'll do
Analyze delivery, pacing, and margins across traffic sources and applications to maintain performance targets and protect revenue.
Evaluate supply levels and adjust allocation based on performance analysis to improve yield and revenue outcomes.
Examine trends in campaign and supply data to surface opportunities for optimization and long-term strategic improvements.
Construct and maintain simple dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into key yield and performance indicators.
Identify macro trends in traffic, performance, and profitability and synthesize insights for stakeholders to support timely decisions.
Monitor operational workflows and define clear escalation paths to resolve issues quickly and minimize business impact.
Document standard operating procedures so that processes are repeatable and ownership can be transferred without disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, test, and iterate on changes that enhance yield, user experience, and reporting accuracy.
Support planning and forecasting activities by providing data-driven inputs that align supply with market demand and revenue targets.
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within yield and delivery operations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage relationships, resolve execution gaps, and ensure alignment on performance expectations.
Drive continuous improvement by testing hypotheses, implementing changes, and measuring outcomes to refine yield strategies over time.
Assist in the development of tools and templates that streamline data collection, reporting, and communication for the operations team.
Act as a subject matter expert on yield operations, providing guidance to junior team members and partners on best practices and standards.
Requirements
3-5 years in Revenue Ops or Yield Management is required for this position.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau are required.
A solid understanding of digital media delivery and monetization models is required.
A data-driven mindset that turns insights into clear actions is necessary.
Clear communication skills are needed to thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends during heavy-up or peak campaign periods is necessary.
Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is required.
