About the role
This position establishes a dedicated US brand direct function designed to sell and service named accounts at the senior executive level. The hired individual will integrate directly into brand planning conversations alongside the Global VP of Brand Partnerships, owning the strategic narrative for key clients. Success in this role will drive account growth at a pace that exceeds what is achievable through agency coverage alone. The hire will own the end-to-end commercial engagement, translating brand objectives into data-backed activation plans. They will act as the primary commercial advocate for Verve within client boardrooms, replacing traditional third-party outreach with direct credibility. This role is responsible for building, pitching, and tracking a targeted named account list with separate revenue measurement and reporting. The function will collaborate closely with internal insights and data teams to craft audience stories, category reports, and trend pieces that inform brand decisions.
