What you'll do
- Architect and refine declarative Salesforce solutions, encompassing automation logic, security protocols, and foundational data structures.
- Champion standards for automation development, platform governance, and sustainable architectural practices to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Conduct meticulous oversight of data model configurations, user permission assignments, and integration touchpoints to preserve system coherence.
- Implement proactive monitoring routines to detect platform performance anomalies and orchestrate timely resolutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage structured release processes, author precise documentation, and execute validation activities.
- Interpret complex business requirements and convert them into practical, scalable, and maintainable platform designs that minimize technical debt.
- Collaborate with integration specialists to optimize data flow and ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance daily administrative tasks, improving efficiency and accuracy in platform management activities.
- Support the governance framework by enforcing best practices, conducting configuration reviews, and promoting consistency across development cycles.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to elevate the collective expertise of the team regarding Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into system performance and user engagement metrics.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging methodologies in platform administration.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex organizational environments.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce administration best practices, declarative configuration techniques, and security model design principles.
- Show proven experience supporting Salesforce integrations, including both custom-built solutions and managed package implementations.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work independently while taking initiative on complex issues.
- Maintain clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, allowing for productive engagement with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Display meticulous attention to detail to ensure configuration accuracy and data integrity across all Salesforce objects and processes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to following established procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Nice to have
- Holding one or more Salesforce Administrator certifications that validate your expertise and commitment to the platform.
- Experience supporting Revenue Cloud or CPQ configurations, or Service Cloud implementations and optimizations.
- Familiarity with structured governance and release management frameworks that ensure orderly system changes.
- Comfort and proficiency in utilizing AI tools for daily platform administration tasks to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
