What you'll do
- Manage the full cycle of cold lead outreach, qualification, and education to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Identify business pain points and demonstrate how our platform provides solutions that address critical security and operational challenges.
- Schedule meetings and generate new business opportunities for Account Executives to ensure a steady flow of high-quality engagements.
- Maintain accurate lead documentation and discovery notes within our systems to preserve institutional knowledge and support forecasting.
- Utilize Salesforce and sales enablement tools to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize daily workflows.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas to support territory growth and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with both technical and business stakeholders to understand evolving needs and expand value.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new segments and prioritize targets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, share feedback, and improve the overall customer journey.
- Demonstrate adaptability by adjusting strategies based on buyer behavior, competitive threats, and market dynamics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates foundational knowledge and professional maturity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey complex ideas and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City five days per week to ensure consistent collaboration and team alignment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship to comply with employment regulations and internal policies.
- Self-motivated mindset with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment where targets and expectations are consistently met.
- Willingness to adhere to the structured curriculum and performance standards set forth by the Verkademy program.
