We are seeking an analytical growth marketer to manage our paid acquisition strategy and scale our customer base across self-serve and enterprise segments. In this role, you will architect and own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy that fuels pipeline generation and customer acquisition. You will act as the primary growth strategist responsible for aligning paid media investments with business objectives across multiple segments. Your work will directly influence how Vercel connects with developers and enterprise decision-makers in a competitive market. You will leverage data and AI to optimize campaigns in real time, ensuring that every dollar spent drives measurable value. What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end paid acquisition across Google Search, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive signups and pipeline.
- Oversee an annual media budget between $1 million and $5 million while hitting specific ROAS and CAC targets.
- Develop AI-driven workflows and agents to automate campaign management and increase creative production speed.
- Execute systematic testing for creative and audience segments using AI to iterate on variants.
- Maintain data integrity by managing conversion APIs, pixels, and event-based tracking.
- Analyze funnel performance and cohort data to provide actionable reporting to company leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, and Demand Generation teams to refine messaging for developers and enterprise buyers.
- Directly manage relationships with key advertising platforms and partners to ensure optimal performance.
- Define and implement audience strategies tailored to both self-serve and enterprise buyer behaviors.
- Establish testing roadmaps that prioritize high-impact experiments to improve funnel efficiency.
- Synthesize performance insights into clear narratives that inform strategic decisions at scale.
- Optimize landing pages and onboarding flows in coordination with product and design teams.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and adjust media strategies to maintain market position.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all paid channels and creative assets.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting processes and sharing learnings cross-functionally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience scaling paid performance campaigns in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or consumer tech.
- Proven AI-native workflow habits, including building agents or automations to improve operational efficiency.
- Direct experience managing Meta Ads, Google Search, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrated success managing annual budgets of $1 million to $5 million.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate campaign metrics into clear narratives.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to scale creative output using AI tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical developer audiences and enterprise decision-makers.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining rigorous analytical discipline.
- Track record of owning metrics end to end, from initial hypothesis to final business outcome.
- Willingness to challenge assumptions and iterate based on data and cross-functional feedback.
