Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, providing the platform for the next generation of software built and operated by agents. We are seeking a sales professional to join our technical, high-growth team to help define a new market category. The Enterprise Account Executive will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for strategic customers, acting as the primary commercial leader within the enterprise segment. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value opportunities while ensuring customer success and expansion from day one. The role requires a consultative approach to selling complex infrastructure to technical organizations, positioning Vercel as the central platform for modern software delivery. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to gather feedback and drive product improvements. The position is critical in bridging the gap between product innovation and enterprise market adoption. You will be measured on your ability to build long-term relationships and drive sustainable growth within your portfolio.

What you'll do
Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities within the AMER region.
Guide organizations through the migration process to Vercel, ensuring a smooth and successful technical transition.
Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new enterprise customers, overseeing implementation and initial value realization.
Support our enterprise market presence across the AMER region through targeted account management and growth initiatives.
Execute outbound sales strategies to drive new business and expand our market share among high-value enterprise clients.
Navigate complex enterprise processes involving legal, security, and procurement teams to close large-scale deals.
Develop deep technical understanding of web technologies to effectively communicate value propositions to developer stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to build processes that adapt to the fast-changing environment of agentic infrastructure.
Maintain ongoing account relationships, identifying expansion opportunities and acting as a trusted advisor.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations of Vercel's platform, tailoring presentations to address specific customer pain points and technical requirements.
Leverage existing networks within the technology sector to uncover new leads and referral opportunities.
Provide feedback from customer interactions to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
Champion the adoption of developer tools and web infrastructure best practices within target accounts.
Own the negotiation of complex contracts, ensuring alignment between commercial terms and customer needs.
Drive the adoption of AI SDK and v0 tools by integrating them into enterprise sales narratives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of closing 6-7 figure deals.
- Ability to engage effectively with technical buyers and developers.
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to build processes in a fast-changing environment.
- Collaborative, ego-free approach to teamwork.
- High level of motivation, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate with global enterprise stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regionally within the AMER zone to meet key customers and prospects.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.
- Commitment to adhering to Vercel's security and compliance standards in all customer interactions.

Practical notes
Compensation for this role in San Francisco is $290,000-$340,000 OTE, with adjustments based on location and experience. The package includes equity, an inclusive healthcare plan, flexible time off, and a work-from-home budget. We provide mentorship and support for professional networking events.
