About the role
You will partner with Commercial customers to ensure they unlock the full potential of Veeva applications through expert guidance and strategic configuration. In this mission-driven environment, you will own the end-to-end application management journey for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor during every interaction. You will diagnose customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions using Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms capabilities. You will leverage deep product knowledge to resolve complex issues and drive optimal system adoption on every engagement. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align solutions with customer business objectives and compliance standards. You will document configurations, processes, and decisions to maintain clear knowledge transfer and continuity. You will proactively identify opportunities to innovate within the platform and suggest enhancements that deliver measurable value. You will represent Veeva with professionalism, ensuring every customer interaction reinforces our commitment to excellence and trust.

What you'll do
Conduct detailed discovery sessions with Commercial customers to understand their unique challenges and objectives.
Configure and customize Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms applications to meet specific customer workflow requirements.
Perform system setup, including managing user roles, permissions, and profile settings to enforce security and governance.
Design and implement content processes that streamline promotional material creation, review, and approval lifecycles.
Lead data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of information into Veeva platforms with minimal disruption.
Develop and execute training programs that empower customer teams to utilize Veeva applications confidently and independently.
Monitor system performance and usage metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with product specialists and engineering teams as needed.
Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, business rules, and standard operating procedures for audit and reference.
Build long-term relationships with customer stakeholders to uncover new needs and drive continuous value realization.
Champion best practices across the EMEA region by sharing success stories and proven implementation techniques.
Coordinate with local teams in Hungary to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to regional regulations.
Support the rollout of new product features and updates, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal impact on ongoing operations.
Act as a strategic partner in shaping the customer's content lifecycle strategy using Veeva's modular cloud capabilities.
Requirements
You must have the legal right to work in Hungary and hold a valid EU work permit or equivalent authorization.
You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in business or technical disciplines.
You must have at least three years of experience in enterprise software consulting or a related technical field.
You must have hands-on experience with content management systems, preferably within the life sciences or regulated industries.
You must be proficient in configuring cloud-based applications, including managing objects, fields, and user permissions.
You must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional European language skills being a significant advantage.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly.
You must demonstrate a commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with industry regulations.
You must be able to travel occasionally to Budapest, Hungary, for in-person meetings and team collaboration.
You must be available to work during standard business hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours support for critical issues.
You must have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success.
You must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
You must have a proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering practical solutions in enterprise settings.
Nice to have
Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms is highly valued and provides a distinct advantage.
Familiarity with life sciences compliance requirements and content approval workflows is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies and tools is considered a beneficial skill set.
Experience working with customers in the EMEA region is seen as an asset for this position.
Proficiency in additional European languages is viewed favorably during the selection process.
Practical notes
This is a remote role with occasional travel required to our Budapest hub, where team gatherings and strategic sessions take place.
Employees are expected to adhere to standard business hours, with some flexibility to manage personal schedules responsibly.
Occasional after-hours support may be required to address urgent customer issues or system updates.
