- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in eDiscovery to recommend enhancements to our existing processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to eDiscovery software and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of evidence and documentation for legal proceedings, working closely with attorneys to ensure all materials are accurately represented.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss eDiscovery strategies, project updates, and outcomes, reinforcing Vamonosit's commitment to client service.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and legal standards throughout the eDiscovery process, mitigating risks for both the company and its clients.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for eDiscovery processes within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or a related area, with a strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Proficiency in eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Logikcull, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in data processing and analysis.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery, including knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess large datasets and extract relevant information efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with legal teams and present findings to clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
