• Design and implement eDiscovery workflows that align with best practices and legal requirements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.

• Assist in the preparation of evidence and documentation for legal proceedings, working closely with attorneys to ensure all materials are accurately represented.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss eDiscovery strategies, project updates, and outcomes, reinforcing Vamonosit's commitment to client service.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and legal standards throughout the eDiscovery process, mitigating risks for both the company and its clients.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for eDiscovery processes within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or a related area, with a strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Proficiency in eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Logikcull, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in data processing and analysis.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to eDiscovery, including knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess large datasets and extract relevant information efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with legal teams and present findings to clients.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
