You have 7+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data platforms, or analytics systems. Deep experience informs better design decisions, reliability, and long-term maintainability. You own a data platform or reporting system end to end, from raw data through dashboards and decision-making tools. End-to-end ownership ensures coherence, accountability, and alignment with business outcomes. You work effectively with non-technical leaders and translate business needs into precise data work specifications. This collaboration turns vague requests into detailed, actionable requirements and designs. You manage a small data, analytics, or engineering team and set clear expectations regarding roles, responsibilities, and standards. Clear direction helps the team focus on high-value work and maintain alignment with project objectives. You operate comfortably in fast-moving environments with incomplete information and evolving priorities. Adaptability supports steady progress despite uncertainty and changing business conditions. Nice to have
Experience as a Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer or in a similar customer-facing data engineering role.
Background in AI infrastructure, lab automation, or technical operations relevant to high-assurance environments.
Experience in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, construction technology, project controls, or energy.
Familiarity with tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, ERP systems, Palantir Foundry, document control systems, or construction/project management platforms.
Experience in regulated industries such as nuclear, aerospace, defense, aviation, or manufacturing where accuracy, traceability, and documentation matter.
Strong communication skills with executives, technical teams, and operational stakeholders across diverse projects.
