About the role
This position coordinates material movement and information across production teams on the weekend shift in Fort Worth. The primary responsibility is to ensure Assembly Operators remain focused on production by handling all support activities. Success in this role is defined by clear communication, strict attention to detail, and seamless collaboration across departments. The hire will own the timely flow of goods and information from the moment materials arrive until they are consumed on the line. You will act as the central nervous system for the weekend production cell, removing obstacles before they stop the operation. Ownership of kitting, replenishment, and expediting ensures that the manufacturing engine runs smoothly without interruption. You will be measured by your ability to sustain continuous flow, reduce downtime, and support the team's delivery against customer commitments.

Workstation inventory levels are monitored so materials are replenished before shortages arise.
Empty totes and packaging materials are removed to maintain a clean production environment.
Urgent production orders and customer priorities are expedited based on direction from Leads or Supervisors.
The production area is kept clean, organized, and safe through consistent standards.
Cross-functional teams collaborate to sustain continuous production flow and shared goals.
Physical movement of materials between receiving, staging, and production areas is coordinated accurately.
Verification of part numbers and quantities is performed to prevent misflow and rework at the station.
Documentation for material transfers is completed to support traceability and audits.
Support is provided to schedule changes, ensuring the plan is communicated and understood on the floor.
Observation of the production floor is conducted to identify risks and escalate issues promptly.
Requirements
