What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic partnership plans that align with Urbansportsclub's business objectives and enhance our service offerings.
• Identify potential partners in the fitness and wellness industry, including gyms, studios, and wellness centers, to expand our network and reach.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with our collaboration.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to assess the effectiveness of our joint initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded campaigns and promotional materials that highlight our partnerships and drive member engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present reports on partnership performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both Urbansportsclub and our partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Organize and participate in events and workshops that promote our partners and foster community engagement within the fitness sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings.
• Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to continuously enhance our partnership strategies and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving growth through collaborative initiatives.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage partnerships and track performance metrics.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
