Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining a sharp focus on execution details and client expectations.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor to ensure a deep understanding of construction processes and challenges.
Minimum 5 years managing ground up industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics facilities to demonstrate relevant domain expertise.
Demonstrated experience managing tilt up concrete construction projects to handle the specific complexities of this method.
Experience leading projects exceeding $30M in value to show capability in managing large scale and high stakes initiatives.
Strong understanding of scheduling, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration to manage project fundamentals effectively.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously to handle the demands of a dynamic project portfolio.
Strong leadership and team development skills to guide and inspire project teams toward shared goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to travel as required to project sites and regional locations to maintain presence and oversight.
