Field Sales Representative
Job description
About the role
You will own the full cycle of partner and referral acquisition within your assigned portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for all financial institutions and fintech collaborators. This position requires you to translate the technical capabilities of Unlimit's programmable financial infrastructure into clear business outcomes for potential partners at the executive level. You will design and execute a consultative selling motion that aligns the specific needs of merchants with the right payment and financial account capabilities. Every interaction will focus on mapping local payment ecosystems to the platform's architecture to solve immediate acceptance and settlement challenges. You will be measured on your ability to convert exploratory conversations into scalable partnerships and revenue-generating relationships. This role demands a high degree of ownership, as you will be responsible for documenting every stakeholder interaction and strategic insight back to the commercial team. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to provide direct market feedback that shapes platform development and feature prioritization. Ultimately, you will build a pipeline of durable relationships that ensure Unlimit remains the foundational layer for cross-border transaction growth in your region.
