Job description
About the role
You will own the full cycle of high-volume lead generation and merchant acquisition within your assigned territory, acting as the primary growth engine for our acquiring and banking business. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline of referral partners and direct merchants, ensuring that every interaction advances the commercial objectives of Unlimit. This role demands a self-driven professional who treats every call and every connection as a measurable step toward scalable revenue outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of relationship-building and data-driven execution, translating market intelligence into actionable sales strategies. Success in this position is defined by your ability to convert interest into structured partnerships and convert partnerships into predictable, recurring value. You will work in close collaboration with internal product and operations teams to refine positioning and ensure that the value delivered matches the expectations of ambitious businesses. Your daily work will involve navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to identify champions, mitigate objections, and secure commitments that compound over time. You are the frontline strategist who turns geographic presence into commercial advantage and local insights into global scale.
