Senior Frontend Infrastructure Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will own the evolution of Uniswap's shared frontend infrastructure, including design systems, UI component libraries, and data-fetching layers, ensuring they serve every product team effectively. You will contribute directly to product and design engineering, bridging the gap between infrastructure and user experience to shape what users see and feel. In this role, you will build and contribute to AI-powered internal tools and automations that accelerate development and streamline engineering workflows. You will lead large-scale migrations, such as moving from Tamagui to Tailwind, with clear opinions and actionable plans for other teams to follow. You will drive performance improvements across all Uniswap applications, optimizing for speed, reliability, and developer ergonomics. You will maintain backend-for-frontend services that support multiple product lines, ensuring robust and scalable infrastructure. You will set the standard for code quality through rigorous PR reviews, thoughtful architecture documentation, and consistent mentorship of engineers across the organization.
