Job description
About the role
Field Data Collector Opportunity with Tsmg
Terry Soot Management Group (Tsmg) operates as a field data collection company established in 2017 in Europe. Our work involves gathering information where automation is not feasible. We perform tasks such as counting specific features, taking photographs, recording video, capturing speech, and scanning zones to gather every detail required. These efforts provide the necessary information to help clients make more informed decisions. Our teams are deployed across Europe and North America and are prepared for new assignments.
Project Purpose
The central aim of this project is to gather photographic images of agricultural fields. This visual information supports farmers as they transition toward regenerative agriculture methods. The initiative is designed to improve both farm resiliency and profitability. Data collection is conducted using a smartphone paired with a specific application. Complete training for the process is provided to the selected individual.
Data collectors will receive designated areas within agricultural fields that require imaging. The project timeline is anticipated to be approximately two weeks in duration. The ideal person for this role possesses a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. They must also have an intimate familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns. Additionally, they must demonstrate a high level of responsibility and reliability.
You will operate a vehicle to travel through designated zones while using a supplied phone application to document conditions. Success in this position depends on your ability to exercise independent judgment to ensure accurate field documentation. The role is tailored for a candidate who can maintain accountability for timely delivery throughout a short-term campaign.
