Conducteur / Collecteur de données à Limoges, France
Job description
About the role
You are the on-road eyes and ears of our data collection initiative, translating project objectives into precise, real-world observations while navigating the streets of Limoges with confidence and care. You own the complete journey of each assignment, from preparing your vehicle and equipment to executing predefined routes and capturing high-quality imagery that meets strict standards. This role requires you to act as a reliable field agent, taking full responsibility for documenting points of interest, street features, and public spaces in a manner that supports informed decision-making for our mapping partners. You will work independently but remain an integral part of a distributed European and North American team that depends on accurate and consistent data. Every shift you contribute directly to enhancing one of the most widely used online maps globally, ensuring it reflects current conditions with clarity and detail. You are expected to adapt to changing weather and traffic patterns, revisiting locations when necessary to secure optimal image quality and project completeness. By maintaining a strong sense of ownership and professionalism, you help ensure that the field data we gather is trustworthy, comprehensive, and ready for downstream use.
