Professional experience and credibility in immigration are demonstrated, with judgment to contribute original thought leadership to the field. You operate at the in-house immigration program manager, director, or lead level, with clear ownership of global mobility programs.
You manage stakeholders, policy, compliance, vendors, employee experience, and program design, handling complex operational realities. A clear point of view on where immigration practice, compliance, and technology is heading is held and expressed. You are a respected leader among peers, able to bring thoughtful, practical, field-tested insights to the community.
