About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for new business within the Canadian market, identifying and converting high-value opportunities for programmatic advertising solutions. You will architect and deliver tailored value propositions for agencies and brands, aligning TripleLift's Native, CTV, and Audience products with their specific campaign objectives. This role requires you to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business outcomes, demonstrating how premium formats and data-driven targeting elevate campaign performance. You will act as a strategic partner to key accounts, guiding them through RFP responses and ensuring their goals are met post-sale. In collaboration with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will shape deal structures and partnership frameworks that drive mutual growth. You will own critical revenue metrics, forecasting accurately and adjusting strategies to consistently surpass quarterly and annual targets. Ultimately, you will expand TripleLift's footprint in Canada by building trusted, long-term relationships that position the company as the publisher and brand growth engine of choice.

What you'll do
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that targets high-potential agencies and brands across Canada to drive new business growth.
Establish a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities by conducting targeted prospecting, initiating contact, and qualifying decision-makers at each organization.
Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through deal close, ensuring forecasts are accurate and revenue targets are consistently exceeded.
Analyze RFP requirements and draft compelling responses in partnership with Sales leadership, Legal, and Finance to position TripleLift as the ideal solution provider.
Architect and present tailored value propositions and product demonstrations that highlight the impact of Native, CTV, and Audience advertising on campaign performance.
Negotiate contract terms and preferred partnership agreements that balance client needs with TripleLift's business objectives and compliance standards.
Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, managing executive-level relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the engagement.
Collaborate closely with Ad Operations and Account Management to ensure seamless campaign implementation, timely execution, and high client satisfaction.
Represent TripleLift at industry conferences, trade shows, and prospect meetings to elevate brand awareness and generate qualified inbound interest.
Monitor competitive landscape dynamics and market trends to refine sales approaches and maintain a decisive advantage in the Canadian advertising market.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including RTB, PMPs, deal IDs, open exchange, CTV, and native advertising formats.
Leverage data and performance insights to continuously optimize your sales approach and demonstrate tangible ROI to current and prospective clients.
Requirements
Possess 3-5+ years of progressive sales experience within programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media environments.
Hold a proven history of meeting or exceeding demanding sales quotas and targets, supported by strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
Demonstrate fluent mastery of programmatic terminology, including core concepts such as SSP, DSP, RTB, PMPs, and deal structuring.
Show established success cultivating and maintaining relationships with Canadian agencies and enterprise-level brand decision-makers.
Exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing and building trust with C-suite and senior stakeholder audiences.
