What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of new product features, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers, to define product requirements and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage product development processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and features that meet user needs and drive business growth.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and experience in developing scalable applications.
