What you'll do
- Develop comprehensive training materials tailored to the specific needs of merchants, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing merchants, focusing on best practices for utilizing the Bamboohr platform.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that training content aligns with company goals and updates.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to merchants post-training, addressing any challenges they may encounter while using the platform.
- Organize workshops and seminars that promote knowledge sharing among merchants, fostering a community of learning and collaboration.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously refine training programs and keep merchants informed about market developments.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Bamboohr platform and facilitating their initial training.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback to report on the effectiveness of training initiatives to management.
- Act as a liaison between merchants and the Bamboohr support team, facilitating communication and ensuring that merchants receive timely assistance.
- Develop a resource library of training materials, FAQs, and best practice guides that merchants can access at any time.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm among merchants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, education, or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sector.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understandable manner.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs that drive results.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital payment systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
Nice to have
- Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the retail or food delivery industry.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other digital training tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with additional languages being a plus.
