What you'll do

• Develop innovative graphic designs for a range of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand strategy and messaging.
• Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners that effectively communicate our services and offerings.
• Create and maintain a cohesive visual style across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency in all designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and output.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Utilize design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics, ensuring all files are optimized for various formats and platforms.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to these standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a solid understanding of branding principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in the food and beverage industry or e-commerce sector.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising trends.
• Ability to create animations or interactive graphics.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• This position is based in Metn, Metn, and requires a full-time commitment.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Lebanon; visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.
