Key facts

What you'll do

• Design and create compelling motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
• Produce high-quality animations that align with project goals and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Edit and enhance existing video content by integrating motion graphics and visual effects to create a polished final product.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation to continuously improve your skill set and the quality of your work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions for upcoming projects.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and collaborate on team projects to foster a creative and supportive work environment.
• Assist in the development of storyboards and scripts to visualize concepts before production begins.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects, ensuring easy access for team members.
• Present your work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance your designs.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant in the fast-evolving field of motion graphics.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics projects and animation styles.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for producing high-quality work.
• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus.
• Familiarity with video editing and sound design is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in creating animated infographics or data visualizations.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and how motion graphics can enhance them.
• Ability to work with remote teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & tools
