What you'll do
- Generate and cultivate a robust pipeline by identifying new business opportunities within targeted verticals.
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs to tailor solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Articulate the tangible value and return on investment of our weather intelligence platform to executives and technical users.
- Forge strategic partnerships by networking extensively through existing professional connections and referral channels.
- Synchronize efforts with internal departments including Public Sector, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Maintain precise sales forecasts and business pipelines to support accurate revenue forecasting.
- Travel to client sites as required to build relationships and conduct in-person solution demonstrations.
- Leverage advanced organizational skills to effectively juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Embrace a high-energy, proactive approach to work that drives initiative and exceeds performance expectations.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in generative AI and a readiness to adapt to new technologies and evolving workflows.

Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a documented track record of consistently hitting quotas.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically focused on selling SaaS solutions to enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Be currently based in the greater Boston area and capable of working from the office 2 days per week as required.
- Exhibit proficiency in solution selling and engaging with a wide variety of professional personas across technical and executive roles.
- Show strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Maintain a high energy level and a proactive approach to work, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced setting.
- Express a genuine interest in generative AI and a willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies and internal workflows.
