About the role
Tomorrow.io is seeking a high-output engineer to join the Growth/Experts team. You will build end-to-end software solutions for B2B, B2C, and B2D products, integrating AI into your daily workflow to accelerate development and solve complex business problems.

What you'll do
- Translate business needs and user pain points into functional, production-ready software without requiring detailed specifications.
- Deliver end-to-end features across the frontend and backend at high velocity using AI-assisted development.
- Manage ambiguous, cross-functional challenges independently.
- Improve team output through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and proactive removal of technical bottlenecks.
- Focus on high-impact work that directly influences industries like aviation, logistics, and emergency response.
- Contribute to the development of AI-native infrastructure and agentic workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong system design capabilities for architecting features and services.
- Experience working across the full stack, including APIs, databases, and backend logic.
- Practical experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud environments.
- Proven track record of working on production systems at scale.
- Daily, fluent use of AI tools to debug, code, and explore solutions.
- A builder mindset that prioritizes business impact and rapid problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Experience with Mapbox, GCP, and WebGL.
Skills & tools
