About the role
You will define the end-to-end experience for our partner portal, ensuring that complex ticketing and event management workflows feel intuitive and cohesive for live event professionals. You will own the product design language across web and native interfaces, creating systems that scale as we add new partners, features, and markets. You will translate dense industry requirements into clear, accessible interactions, removing friction for theatre, sports, attractions, and exhibition clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to turn strategic hypotheses into validated design solutions. You will set the visual and interaction standards that keep the experience consistent across our global portfolio of cultural brands. You will mentor junior designers, elevating the quality of design thinking across the team and fostering a culture of experimentation. You will advocate for the partner experience at every level, ensuring that business goals and user needs remain aligned through thoughtful, evidence-based design decisions.

What you'll do
Define the information architecture and interaction model for the partner portal, mapping complex workflows into streamlined, intuitive journeys.
Conduct partner interviews and usability sessions to uncover pain points, then synthesize findings into clear product requirements and design specs.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive flows that communicate functionality, edge cases, and states to engineering and stakeholders.
Establish a reusable component library and design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across the platform.
Partner with data and analytics teams to set measurable success metrics, using insights to iterate and refine the user experience over time.
Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure designs are feasible, maintainable, and aligned with technical constraints and roadmap priorities.
Represent the partner perspective in cross-functional discussions, balancing business objectives with the realities of live event operations.
Champion design quality by reviewing implementations, providing design QA feedback, and ensuring pixel-perfect execution in production.
Identify opportunities to simplify complex ticketing, inventory, and reporting workflows through thoughtful interface design and smart defaults.
Support the onboarding of new partners by designing clear guidance, tooltips, and contextual help that reduce time-to-proficiency.
Define the visual language for dashboards, reports, and configuration screens, making dense data sets scannable and actionable.
Work with product managers to prioritize features and design initiatives, using research, data, and stakeholder input to inform trade-offs.
Requirements
You have a bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
You have 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong track record of designing complex B2B SaaS products.
You are fluent in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar, and can produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
You have experience conducting user research, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and translating insights into design decisions.
You understand front-end development basics and work well with engineering teams using agile methodologies.
You have a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and accessibility, ensuring inclusive experiences for diverse users.
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
You communicate clearly and persuasively, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for influencing stakeholders.
You are passionate about building systematic, scalable design systems that evolve with the product and the organization.
Nice to have
Previous experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or event management platforms is preferred.
Experience working with data-heavy dashboards and reporting interfaces is a plus.
Familiarity with TodayTix Group brands such as TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre, Show-Score, Arthouse, and Secret Cinema.
Practical notes
This role is based in London, with a requirement to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Flexibility is offered for employees to choose where they work for the remainder of the week.
The position is full time, and the start date will be confirmed upon hiring.
