About the role
As a Product Manager focusing on Checkout and Post-Purchase at Tnuck, you will play a role in enhancing the customer journey from the moment they decide to buy until after the purchase is completed. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as you will be responsible for optimizing the checkout experience and ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product initiatives that align with Tnuck's mission of delivering exceptional shopping experiences.

What you'll do
- Lead the product strategy for the checkout and post-purchase processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points in the checkout process and develop actionable solutions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that streamline the checkout process and improve conversion rates.
- Work with engineering teams to prioritize and implement product features, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and milestones for checkout and post-purchase enhancements.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate product changes and measure their impact on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to checkout and post-purchase activities, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Engage with customer service teams to gather insights on post-purchase issues and implement solutions that enhance customer support and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in Tnuck's checkout experience.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on product vision and priorities.
- Prepare and present product updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and future plans.
- Champion a customer-centric approach within the organization, advocating for features and improvements that enhance the overall shopping experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within e-commerce or retail environments.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, particularly in checkout and post-purchase domains.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment processing systems.
