What you'll do

• Collaborate with the design team to assist in the development of new accessory and home product lines, ensuring alignment with Tnuck's brand vision and customer preferences.

• Prepare and maintain product specifications, including materials, dimensions, and color palettes, to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the development process.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing updates on product development progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders, showcasing product concepts and development timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, preferably within the accessories or home goods sectors.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with product management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
