Coordinating meetings and communications between clients, internal advisers, and back-office support teams will ensure alignment and efficiency. You will perform rigorous fact-finding to uphold compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality controls. Reviewing market research and product updates will help you maintain current knowledge relevant to client discussions. Supporting the administration of employee benefit schemes as required by client needs and business objectives will also be part of your scope. Processing standard and complex client requests efficiently will ensure timely case progression and service delivery. You may also assist in preparing presentations and educational materials for client workshops or group meetings, while adhering to strict deadlines and operational procedures to maintain the efficiency of the advice pipeline.
