This role drives the end-to-end research workflow by finding and contacting specialists and converting their input into client-ready deliverables. You will operate at the center of the business, managing demanding schedules while ensuring expert perspectives are secured and delivered.
Customer success teams keep customers happy after the sale. They onboard new accounts, answer questions, and help users get value from a product. They watch usage signals and step in before customers churn. The role mixes support, training, and account management. Customer success teams are measured on retention, usage, and customer satisfaction. Most companies provide structured onboarding so new team members learn the product deeply first.

You secure expert time and extract insights by placing calls under tight deadlines, ensuring client needs are understood and met. Complex projects are managed in parallel, with ownership maintained from initial scoping through final insight delivery to maintain accuracy and momentum. Expert perspectives are gathered through the phone channel, where objections are overcome and buy-in is won for specialized interviews. High-calibre expert calls are scheduled efficiently, drawing on fast learning about industries, business models, and regulations to support client needs. Revenue is expanded by cross-selling the full range of Third Bridge services, including the content library, surveys, advisory offerings, and 1-on-1 calls.

Confident communication over the phone is required when reaching experts and stakeholders, including strangers, to secure their participation. The role requires flexibility between work from anywhere programs and flex days, subject to annual review, along with Apple Macbook equipment, monthly phone allowance, and commuting allowance reimbursement.
