What you'll do
Coordinate with industry experts to secure their time for confidential consultations that address specific client questions and strategic needs. Reach out to experts across various industries through cold outreach methodologies, overcoming objections to secure their participation in high-level discussions. Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, coordinating schedules and deliverables at speed while persuading specialists to share their deep expertise. Rapidly absorb information regarding markets, business models, and regulations to build broad commercial knowledge that informs decision-making for stakeholders. Sell Third Bridge's comprehensive service range, including the content library, surveys, advisory offerings, and 1-to-1 calls, to clients to fulfill their research requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal experts, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify usage signals and potential churn risks, allowing for timely interventions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of client processes by providing feedback based on frontline observations and evolving best practices. Support the onboarding of new clients by guiding them through the platform and ensuring they understand how to maximize the value of the service. Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and project statuses to support reporting and long-term relationship management.
Requirements

Written and oral Japanese at N1 level with workable English must be demonstrated. Commitment to 4 consecutive working days per week is required, with 5 days preferred. Availability for a full-time internship lasting up to 3 months is necessary.
