Finding, calling, and engaging experts across diverse sectors ensures clients receive the precise insights they rely on for critical decisions. You manage multiple concurrent projects and client relationships at speed, maintaining accuracy while meeting demanding timelines without compromising quality. You rapidly learn intricate markets, business models, and regulatory frameworks to effectively service diverse industries and client needs. You sell the full spectrum of services, including the content library, surveys, advisory sessions, and 1-1 calls, expanding the strategic value delivered to clients. You act as the primary liaison between the research experts and the client-facing teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables. You utilize structured methodologies to deconstruct complex topics and identify the most authoritative voices for each assignment. You contribute to the continuous improvement of client onboarding and success workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
