Practical notes
India local employment applies. Typical interview steps
Hiring processes usually combine a screening conversation with one or more interview rounds. Candidates can expect questions about their experience, a scenario or case, and a chance to ask their own questions. Preparation and specific examples from past work carry the most weight. Whatever the role, preparation is visible. Reviewing the company's product, the job description, and your own past work before the conversation is the strongest step.
Good to know
Enterprise storage technologies such as block, file, object, and unstructured data platforms are central to the work. Automation scripting and modern data mobility tools are central to daily tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and customer engagement is a core part of the role. The position requires on-call readiness for production issues during migrations and cutovers. Mentoring and knowledge sharing strengthen delivery quality across the team.
Questions to ask
Good questions to ask the employer in the interview: what does success look like in the first six months, how is the team structured, what is the current biggest challenge, and how are decisions made. Asking about growth paths and the review process is also well received. Employers expect questions, and good ones show preparation.
